Shipping Schedule From Our Office In Saga, Japan

Orders are shipped 2 to 3 days after receipt, except weekends & Japanese national holidays.

1 to 3 weeks or more to arrive depending on delivery location, and customs procedures.
Sometimes a country's Customs Services will hold packages for 1 to 2 weeks.

We always email to the customer a shipping confirmation notice with tracking link.

Custom Tariffs & Taxes

The buyer is always responsible for paying all custom tariffs, import duties & taxes.

Each country has their own distinct imported goods tariff & tax system.

Currently, shipments to the USA are not charged a customs tariff. Our current USA
customs HTS Classification is "6309.00.00 - Worn clothing and other worn articles",
and is a duty free classification.

For European and other countries... Customs regulations vary widely for each country.
However, the only sure way to know the precise amount of the tariff on your
shipment is to consult your country's customs department.

We gladly will cooperate with our customers in order to arrive at the lowest possible tariff rate.

Guarantee & Return Policy

We guarantee our items to be as described and pictured. If you wish to
return an item because it was not as such, contact us with 7 days of its
arrival for a return authorization. A refund will be issued to the buyer
upon our receipt of the item. Note... Returns are subject to a maximum 25% of the order restocking fee & buyer pays for return shipping cost.
